Sogo Tomakomai Auction 10th Anniversary Special Event
【Yanmar SV05 Brand-New Mini Excavator】Grand Raffle Rules

Thank you for your continued support of Sogo Auction. Thanks to you, we are proudly celebrating our 10th Anniversary at the Tomakomai venue!
To show our deep gratitude, we are hosting a special raffle where one lucky winner will walk away with a brand-new Yanmar SV05 (Mini Excavator)! Below are the official rules for participation.

1. How to Qualify for the Raffle
Eligible Equipment: Any exhibited machine with a final winning bid exceeding 1,000,000 JPY (starting from 1,050,000 JPY or higher).
Once a machine meets this condition, both the Exhibitor (Seller) and the Successful Bidder (Buyer) of that machine will earn a chance to win.

2. The Final Rock-Paper-Scissors Showdown
After the auction concludes, one "Exhibitor Representative" and one "Bidder Representative" will face off in a game of Rock-Paper-Scissors on behalf of all qualifying participants.
The winning side (either the Exhibitor Team or the Bidder Team) will secure the ultimate right to draw from the lucky raffle box.

3. The Grand Lucky Draw
The representative who won the Rock-Paper-Scissors game will draw one ticket from the raffle box to determine the final winner:
If the Bidder Representative draws the winning ticket: The prize goes to a Bidder!
If the Exhibitor Representative draws the winning ticket: The prize goes to an Exhibitor!

*Special Exception for Sogo-Owned Exhibitions:*
If a machine owned and exhibited by our company (Sogo) qualifies for the raffle, the prize will automatically be awarded to the Bidder, bypassing the Rock-Paper-Scissors match.

We look forward to your active participation, great consignments, and spirited bids. Good luck to everyone in the final showdown!
